Every founder needs something slightly different. Your monthly hours can be used flexibly across the agreed areas of support, with priorities reviewed as your needs change.
Marcela can coordinate with specialist providers where needed, but Neves & Co does not provide legal advice, specialist HR support, formal bookkeeping or accountancy, full website development or full office management.
How the relationship works
We begin with a detailed working session covering your responsibilities, current pressure points, communication preferences and the areas where support would make the greatest difference.
Together, we decide how your monthly hours should be used. This may include recurring administration, immediate priorities and projects that have been sitting on your list for too long.
Support is delivered remotely through the tools that already suit your business, including email, WhatsApp, shared calendars and project-management systems.
Priorities and usage are reviewed regularly so your support continues to reflect what is happening in your business and life.
You will work directly with Marcela throughout the relationship. Neves & Co is remote-first, with occasional in-person support in London potentially available where useful, mutually agreed and subject to availability.
Monthly support packages
Each package reserves a set number of flexible support hours every month. The same broad areas of support are available across all three packages, with the level selected according to how much help you expect to need.

Packages begin with a three-month initial commitment. Onboarding is included and monthly fees are paid in advance.
Monthly hours are used flexibly across the working month and do not guarantee a fixed amount of support each day. Any additional support remains subject to availability.

About Marcela
I’m a fractional Executive Assistant based in London who takes pride in turning ideas into reality. I’ve built my experience supporting founders and busy professionals, where I naturally take a proactive and hands-on approach.
I’m highly resourceful, detail-focused and thoughtful in the way I work, particularly strong at bringing structure to busy environments and keeping things moving seamlessly behind the scenes. Alongside the operational side, I bring a strong sense of aesthetics, commercial awareness and a natural eye for detail.
I’m also the co-founder of Bossa Shoes, a female-led footwear brand built around craftsmanship, intention and real-life wearability. Building something of my own has shaped my thinking and given me a real feel for the founder mindset, the pace, the pressure, and the importance of having the right support around you.
